Rick Lowrey, Chairman
Rick has been active in the Computer industry since 1969. He started his career with Honeywell
Information Systems as a sales representative, moved on to a start up computer
equipment and leasing company where he held the position of Executive Vice
President of Sales and Leasing. In this position he developed a sales team
that grew to a $70,000,000 company. In 1995 Rick started Tam Group,
Inc. which has grown to one of the top IBM Premier Business Partners in the
United States.
Bob Hoover, President
Bob Hoover brings over 19 years of successful enterprise software management experience to TamGroup, where he oversees Marketing, Alliances and Strategy. Prior to TamGroup, Bob was interim CEO at Headpedal, a real-time interactive character software company providing CRM solutions to major telecommunications companies. Bob was also Founder and CEO of CCM Partners, a company delivering management consulting and capital to start-ups. Prior to this, Bob was a Founder of Visionyze, Inc., a leading analytic applications company delivering CRM and Telecom solutions to Global 1000 enterprises. Hoover is a seasoned software executive with successful start-up, IPO, and venture capital experience. Bob's expertise covers enterprise software in the Portal, e-business, CRM, application development, and analytic application markets. He has been involved in four successful start-ups with additional responsibilities including: Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Strategic Planning and international General Management. Hoover currently sits on the board of BostonReed, an internet learning company. He has lived and worked on four continents and completed business transactions in over 20 countries.
Christian Franklin, Chief Technical Officer
Over the last 15 years Christian has been involved with Information Systems
and their application to the business environment. His expertise covers Internet
commerce, web application and business intelligence systems architecture.
He is also responsible for strategic direction of the company as it relates
to providing the skills, technology and products necessary to enable its customers to leverage the capabilities of the Internet for strategic advantage.
Jyll Cassidy, Sr. Vice President, Operations
Jyll is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the company. Jyll's
background is in operations management where she spent 10 years working for
a computer reseller and leasing company. She built and managed a team of customer
service personnel that coordinated the ordering, tracking, delivery and installation
of complex computer systems.
Rik Frost, Vice President, Professional Services
Rik Frost is Vice President of Professional Services for TamGroup. He has over 17 years experience in computer, software, and technology consulting businesses. Prior to joining TamGroup, he served in this same capacity for a leading Portal software company, implementing Portal software for thousands of users and integrating with a wide variety of applications and databases. Prior to this, Mr. Frost was an executive with Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting. During his tenure, Mr. Frost led numerous systems integration and application development projects for a variety of Global 2000 clients. He led the firm’s initial projects in designing and implementing enterprise portals, and led its program in developing offerings in the electronic delivery of Human Resources applications through the internet. Mr. Frost has a broad background in delivering structured and unstructured data through internet applications from his background in Portal, Document Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Human Resource applications.
